Today I managed to quilt another homeless quilt and make the binding for it. And I bound the one I just quilted yesterday. So this is homeless quilt #7 for the year:
This was a block of the month mystery quilt from Sunshine Stitches in Belvidere, IL.
I definitely don't need anymore pieced quilts, so I try to make these big enough to give away to the homeless. I do keep most of my applique quilts - they do take the longest time to finish!
I'll be putting the binding on the one I quilted today and that will make 8 quilts from stash for the homeless so far this year. The goal is 12, so I think I'm well on my way. I have at least 2 more to piece together - pieces are all cut out, just need to sew them together.
Until next time....blessings.
