 I've been busy, but couldn't tell you with what!  I finally managed to clean out the coat closet in the foyer - I have been taking out coats and jackets I don't wear and washing them and putting them into the giveaway box.  So, today I dusted in there and put the scarves, hats and gloves back on the top shelf and I'm calling it done!

Then I went to the linen closet in the hall bath.  It is actually where I store all my cleaning supplies.  This is the before:

Really a mess and it has been needing a good cleanout for a long time.  Why do we save things we never use and will never use?  I have a full garbage bag of stuff that has been collecting dust in here for years!

I cleaned it out, threw out stuff, rearranged stuff, and dusted in there also.  This is the after:

I still have supplies for the humidifier that I have in the hallway - but I had one put on my furnace and now I don't need it.  I'll probably throw that stuff out in the next cleanout! 😁  I have all the cleaning cloths in the washer right now.

Next on my list is the hall linen closet - and this is actually a linen closet! I don't think I've cleaned it out in years - probably since I moved here 4 years ago!  And you can tell:
 

I'm not going to do it today, but soon, for sure!

Now, I'm heading to the basement studio (which also needs another good cleanout, but it ain't happening today either!)  I need to do some un-picking of stitches on the quilt on the longarm, and need to add a few more pieces to block 10 of my applique project.
