Another Finished Block

It is still freezing cold in my basement, so not getting any sewing done down there. I will be calling the furnace people in the spring and have them put heat in the basement, and a humidifier on the furnace, if possible.

Thankful, however, that we are used to the snow and cold in Wisconsin and prayers for those in Texas and wherever they are getting the ice and snow and cold and have no electricity, heat or water.

I'm amazed that I'm getting a lot more finished on my applique projects now that I spend a little time every day working on them!  I used to just work on them when the applique club would meet a few times a month.  But I was also not happy with my stitches only working on them a few times.  Now my hands are doing a better job!

So, I have finished block 7 of Pumpkin Hill and will be starting on block 8 this week.

Tomorrow I need to take my car in to the dealership to have the front and back cameras replaced -- a recall by Ford.  Then I'll run a couple of errands while I'm out.

Hope everyone is staying safe and warm.

Until next time.....blessings.
