It feels good to finally start sewing again! I even cut out a Kansas Troubles pattern called Tulips All Around -- a 40" square quilt I want to use on my kitchen table. Hope to start working on it tomorrow.
Musings from a scrap quilter and grandma about quilting and grandchildren, and whatever seems pertinent at the time.

hurray! for getting some quilty stuff going...good for you.
Go, Joanne, go. Get that quilting mojo back and in the groove!
Sometimes time off is all we need to want to get re-started.
This is just great Joanne. I knew you'd start feeing better once you got going with something quilty. It's going to be a very nice Christmas quilt.
I like the different patterns in your BOM, they look all based on a 25 patch block, are they?
Lovely quilt :-)
Love your Buck A Block quilt. Ours was all neutrals, and doesn't sing to me like yours does! Good job!
I'm here to add my "atta' girl"!! Way to go to get back to the piecing. Will May 20th rolling towards us, Christmas won't be far behind..*VBS*
Good for you getting back to work. After being away from my quilting I find I'm not in the mood today.
I did a little freehand practice and unloaded the muslin from the longarm but don't seem to be in the mood to load the top I'm quilting next for my Mom.
What fun to make progress on something! That one looks like just FUN!
