June has arrived!

Our June Calendar page. Briana is really a sweet big sister. AJ adores her and I'm pretty sure Will does too!

I've managed to get my guild's newsletter finished and out the door and/or through cyberspace. The only stitching I've done all weekend was hand sewing the binding down on a couple of table runners. Hopefully by the end of the week I'll be back in quilting mode!

Gratitudes:
There is ongoing research on Glioblastoma Multiforme tumors like Steve has -- and they're testing a vaccine at this time that so far has extended the lives of the patients that are undergoing the trial 33 months. Steve just showed me the article and he's going to talk to Dr. Ian about it next visit. I'm very thankful that this research is ongoing.
A beautiful summer day today -- I should have been out weeding the flower beds, but I had to do laundry and clean house -- it was still a beautiful day!

My mom had a glioblastoma - my heart goes out to you as you fight this battle. I will be praying for Steve and for your entire family. We had a beautiful day here in Arkansas - sunny and 92 this afternoon but with a delightful breeze as I sat in the swing by the lake. :)
