I was very surprised to read that comment from you - how interesting! I figured it was a Depression block because it used up little triangles of scrap fabrics - something that was certainly done during the Depression. I'm sure that's why the block has that name.Pattihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07125491177774966237noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16386538.post-63589539913943733662007-02-11T00:26:00.000-06:002007-02-11T00:26:00.000-06:00I like yours in the different colors better than m...I like yours in the different colors better than mine I'm working on now... lol

Wish mom had wanted a brighter quilt!ForestJanehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05536396154296555583noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16386538.post-79309721601850117582007-02-10T22:00:00.000-06:002007-02-10T22:00:00.000-06:00It looks nice! I think the great depression would have been depressing anyway. Your quilt looks lovely on the long arm.
Maybe you can compromise and meander through the one part of it (I was thinking the dark), and put something a tad bit fancier but still simple in the center of the whites. Or vice versa.Shelinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09870112367076954109noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16386538.post-29237302369010392482007-02-10T15:19:00.000-06:002007-02-10T15:19:00.000-06:00I love the name you have given your colourful, che...I love the name you have given your colourful, cheerful quilt--perfect!Silverthimblehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17921807595542164387noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16386538.post-42176976070170939232007-02-10T15:04:00.000-06:002007-02-10T15:04:00.000-06:00Oh how exciting!
